The Data Science field is becoming specialized as many roles are too broad for a single person to handle. These roles are tied to the 3 Data Science Lifecycles. Looking at each one from a workflow perspective is the easiest way to define them in a uniform way which is also flexible enough to be widely applicable.

At the end, I detail the typical hiring order for a Data and Analytics Organizational buildout that matches Machine Learning Maturity growth.
