In the past, few businesses have needed high-end talent. In Data Science, complex business needs require top talent. Teams need upper-level leadership. Creating a research lifecycle includes hiring advanced talent. Niche business cases limit the talent pool to a handful of well-recognized names.

Emerging technologies are creating new opportunities which require what I can Senior++ talent. Most businesses are looking for people with exceptional capabilities. These are people at the top of their field. They have bodies of work and track records of successfully delivering results.
